What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, your partner's name (if you share it), email address, phone number (if you share it), preferred dates, package interest, guest counts, how you heard about us, and any free-text note. That is the entire collection — there are no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts that read personal data, and no third-party ad pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
So Mark can reply to your inquiry with date availability, our preferred-vendor list, and answers to whatever you've asked. The contents of the form land in two places: a confirmation email to you, and a notification to hello@638summit.com.
Where it lives
Submissions are emailed via Resend and stored in our inbox. We do not maintain a separate lead database. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party. Spam protection is handled by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a human; it does not see your personal fields.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement (page views, performance metrics). Vercel Analytics is cookieless and collects no personal data — it does not require a banner or consent prompt. The inquiry form itself sets no cookies.
Removing your information
Email hello@638summit.com and ask us to delete your submission. We'll remove the inquiry thread from our inbox within seven days and confirm when it is done.
